Pipeline Project

In PJ Sewerage Upgrading Project, TOM LAND ENGINEERING provide two survey teams to assist KMU and Great Tunnel for alignment to jacking underground 7 meters caisson to caisson distance 150 meters. With advance survey instrument, surveyor manage to take the details survey and traverse accurately and ahead the planning schedule.

Geotechnical, Bored Pile, Civil

In Danga Bay Johor Project, TOM LAND ENGINEERING provide a survey service to Borneo Geotechnic Malaysia(Singapore C S C GEO), to drive 400 bored pile diameter with 1800mm, 1500mm, 1200mm and 1000mm. The depth reach to 58 metres. With the quality control, we manage to setting the king-post precisely in good verticality. We also support contractor to constructed the guard wall, diaphragm wall and DCM. With well knowledge in auto-cad, we support engineering team to improve the methodologies .

Manjung Power Plant 4 - Civil

In Manjung Power Plant Project, TOM LAND ENGINEERING provide a survey service to contractor of TNB Malaysia, To construct a pump house and ECP project, with a critical confine working space where under ground level approximately 16m, TOM LAND ENGINEERING offer complete surveying service including field set out of form work, foundation, embed plate installation, cast in site, as-built survey, piling, pile cap in site. With well knowledge in auto-cad, we assist engineering team to improve methodologies.

Jetty, Access Trestle, Port, Material Handling Quay

Contracted by Bam McConnell Dowell SYS joint venture project, TOM LAND ENGINEERING provided surveying services to support at the beginning project and supplied 4 teams to assist them to achieve the milestone in VMMP total length 2.5km wharf infrastructure project. With Topcon GPS and software, we established control points with the static survey method and post processing adjustment. Without an offshore survey platform, we set out and provide as-built survey, pile caps, headstock and topside, silt curtain installation, berthing dolphin, fender block, beam, pile cut off and eccentricity, tugberth underneath. In this project, we drove approximately 800 piles, 800 pile caps in situ or pre-cast and 80 headstock. And we monitor GPS to drive a pile 103m length with diameter 1950mm steel tubular pile.

General Civil Work

TOM LAND ENGINEERING support for infrastructure, earthwork, access road, ware house, pipe racks and piling. On the schedule we performance a good survey skill to support the field work as rock trimming, excavation, form work foundation , concreting , pile cut off, volume computation and as-built survey. Contractor Loh & Loh achieve the milestone in VMMP.
